Account Executive (AI Services & Staffing)
Company Overview
TECQMIND is an end-to-end AI professional services and staffing partner focused on the "how." We build the teams and the infrastructure required to turn AI potential into production-scale reality. From fractional C-suite leadership to specialized engineering squads in Taiwan, we provide the technical precision required for businesses to scale AI safely and effectively.
The Role
As an Account Executive at TECQMIND, your primary goal is to turn prospects into long-term partners. You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and closing. You will be selling high-value, technical service engagements that range from fractional leadership placements to full-scale custom AI infrastructure builds.
Because we operate in a rapidly evolving field, you must be able to speak confidently about LLMs, RAG, Data Pipelines, and MLOps without needing a technical lead in the room for every conversation.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Own and exceed quarterly sales targets by closing new business across our fractional leadership, staffing, and custom implementation service lines.
Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting demos/discovery calls, and negotiating complex service agreements.
AI Solutions Advocacy: Actively educate potential clients on the "TECQMIND approach"—moving beyond AI hype to build robust, production-ready infrastructure.
Collaborative Closing: Work closely with our Business Development team to transition leads and partner with our Fractional CTOs to finalize technical scopes of work (SOWs).
Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain a rigorous and transparent sales pipeline within our CRM, providing accurate forecasting to the leadership team.
Account Expansion: Identify opportunities for "Continuous Optimization" within existing accounts, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the AI curve.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management, preferably within AI, Cloud Services, or High-End Technical Staffing.
AI & Tech Savvy: Deep familiarity with the current AI landscape. You should understand the difference between a foundational model and a fine-tuned proprietary model, and be able to explain the value of a "Model Garden."
Sales DNA: A hunter-closer hybrid. You are comfortable with cold outreach, but you excel at the "long game" of building trust with technical stakeholders.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to write compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex procurement processes and close multi-month or multi-year service contracts.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience selling professional services or "fractional" talent models.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how AI integrates into modern tech stacks.
Proficiency with modern sales tools (Salesforce/HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.).
