Director of Marketing (AI Services)

The Role

As the Director of Marketing, you will be the voice of TECQMIND. Your mission is to position our brand as the premier partner for enterprises ready to move beyond AI pilots and into full-scale production. You will own the narrative, from defining our unique value proposition in the crowded AI market to executing multi-channel growth strategies that support our Sales and Business Development teams.

You must be "AI-native"—comfortable reading technical documentation and translating it into compelling stories that resonate with both technical (CTO/VP of Engineering) and business (CEO/COO) leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Positioning: Define and evolve the TECQMIND brand as the leader in "Production-Scale AI." Refine our messaging around our unique "Taiwan-to-Global" engineering model.

  • Content Strategy & Thought Leadership: Create high-signal content (articles, white papers, case studies, and social media) that addresses the real-world technical challenges of AI implementation, such as data architecture and MLOps.

  • Demand Generation: Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads for our Fractional Leadership and Specialized Staffing services.

  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales and BD teams to create pitch decks, "How-To" guides, and sales collateral that clearly articulate the "TECQMIND Advantage."

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of AI industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to ensure our service offerings remain "ahead of the curve."

  • Event & Community Management: Lead our presence at key industry conferences and manage digital communities/webinars that showcase our technical expertise and fractional leaders.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically in the tech, AI, or professional services sectors.

  • AI Fluency: You must have a deep understanding of the current AI ecosystem. You should be able to explain concepts like RAG, Fine-tuning, MLOps, and Data Lakes to a non-technical audience while maintaining credibility with engineers.

  • Growth Mindset: A track record of driving measurable growth through organic content, LinkedIn marketing, and targeted lead-gen campaigns.

  • Exceptional Writing: The ability to write clean, authoritative, and witty copy that cuts through the "AI noise."

  • Strategic Thinking: Experience in market positioning for a high-end service brand where quality and precision are the primary selling points.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the technical staffing or "Fractional Executive" industry.

  • Familiarity with the Taiwanese or broader APAC tech landscape is a plus.

  • Proficiency with modern marketing stacks (HubSpot, SEO tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
