Technical Content Creation: Produce high-signal content including scientific white papers, case studies on drug-discovery acceleration, and technical webinars tailored to a PhD-level audience.
Regulatory-Compliant Messaging: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to US regulatory standards (FDA/FTC guidelines) while effectively highlighting the competitive advantages of the client's pipeline.
Omnichannel Lead Generation: Execute targeted digital campaigns (LinkedIn, specialized biotech journals, and industry newsletters) to drive interest from US pharmaceutical companies and venture capital firms.
Event Strategy: Manage the client’s presence at major US industry events (e.g., ASCO, AACR, BIO), coordinating booth presence, speaking engagements, and executive networking.
Cross-Cultural Brand Alignment: Work closely with the Taiwan-based scientific teams to ensure the core technical "truth" of the product is preserved while adapting the tone and style for a US corporate audience.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or similar) is required. You must understand the science to market it effectively.
Experience: 6+ years of marketing experience in the Biotech, MedTech, or Pharmaceutical industry.
AI Literacy: A strong understanding of the "Computational Biotech" space—how AI is used in protein modeling, genomics, and clinical data analysis.
Scientific Communication: Proven ability to translate peer-reviewed research and complex data into compelling commercial copy and visual presentations.
Marketing Mastery: Expertise in high-end B2B marketing, specifically targeting the "C-suite of Science" (CTOs, CMOs, and Heads of Discovery).
Highly Desired: Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal). This is highly desirable to facilitate deep collaboration with the R&D and executive teams in Taiwan.
Product Launch Experience: A track record of successfully launching a biotech product or service in the North American market.
Growth Agency Background: Experience working in a fast-paced agency or consultancy environment where you manage multiple high-stakes accounts.
